Connecting database over the internet using VB 6.0/ VB.Net 2005

Hi all,

I am working on Oracle 10g Express Edition with Visual Basis 2005 (VS.Net) at my home.

Can I connect my home oracle database from office using internet. If it is possible than how can I do that and what is the minimum requirements for that, if any example available than please provide me.

If I can do the same for Oracle 11g Standard One edition than please provide the details.
