connect with sys user in 8.0.5

i have problems in order to connect with SYS user in my 8.0.5. in windows 2000 server
First.
if i have to connect through command window i put:
SQLPLUS CONNECT INTERNAL
but it shows a window and then it dissapeared.
i suppose that this action connect without put any password. doesnt'it ??
how i must connect in order to enter with sys user?
this parameter is activate:
remote_login_passwordfile = shared
please how or that i must to modified in order to connect without SYS user password?'
