connect to Informatica repository service

Hi All,

When i trying to Connect Informatica Repository getting error like this.

rep_55102 failed to connect to repository service.

before i check this things..

Host file
Enverment varible
ip Address
Services is up mode
repository in Normal mode only

Please let me know...
