I have recently installed Visual Studio 2019 (v 16.7.0) with Oracle Developer Tools (19.3.1.0), however am unable to use it to connect to a database.
I select:
Tools -> Connect to Database
Change Data Source: Oracle Database with ODP.NET Managed Driver
From there, I have a pop-up that I'm not sure is displaying properly. Under the "Connection Details" tab I see "Connection Type" and the drop down, but then there's a rather large empty gap and the next item to display is "Role:".
If I resize the window (by dragging the corner) and click the "Filters" tab, the window disappears.
If I click on the Connection Details drop down, and select any of the 3 entries (Basic, TNS Alias, or Advanced), the window also disappears.
Are there anything I can try or do to diagnose this further?
