Connect to a RFID Reader

i'm developing a software for ipaq hx2750
but I don't know how to connect at the compact Flash Card Reader RFID
(http://www.elatecworld.com/rfid_125_cfreaders.htm).
I had to read on the various forums that I should to use the commapi's api, is it the same also for j2me?
the constructor don't give to me no support, I need necessary the tecnical specific of reader?
Where can I find some code example?
