Connect SQL Developer ORDS to a DBaaS

Hi,

I am trying to learn using ORDS to create restful webservices. I could successfully use the ORDS that comes withe SQL Developer 4.1.3 to create the webservices on a local 12c DB.

Now I want to understand how to create webservices for a PAAS instance. I have a Database as a sevice instance and I want to create webservices on it using the SQL Developer ORDS.

I am not able to get the the ORDS to connect to the DBaas instance. Please guide.
