Is their anyone who will have the same problem:
I can connect from my office to the instance via IP adress:10000 port to the webmin screens.
When I add in the firewall ( ufw ) on ubuntu the second IP number from my other office .. I can not connect to the webmin screens.
It is the free server instance of oracle in Amsterdam.
