Pluggable database

Hi all,

I have a pluggable database where I want to connect as sys remotely

ie.

sqlplus username/password3@pdb as sysdba

Now this works locally on the server, but not remotely. I can connect remotely as sys it self.

I recreated the password file but no joy. I granted sysdba and dba roles to the user
