Connect Oracle with TOAD

Hi,

I am new to TOAD software and Oracle. I have version 7.6 of toad and Oracle 10g. I need to connect Oracle Database with Toad. I cant connect. My fields are empty and i dont know where to get the database from.

I will appreciate your help.
