Connect oracle SQL developer to DSN

Hi,

iam trying to access external data server using third party driver which ive installed and is visible under Administrative Tools: ODBC driver - DSN Configuration list.

When i try to connect from Oracle SQL Developer i dont see the driver under Tools > Preferences > Database. I was thinking this gone to be simple connect but not the case.
