Connect MS Access Frontend to Oracle Backend

Hi,
I have connected an MS Access Frontend to an Oracle g 10.2.0 backend on my PC.
However, i need to do the same for a few colleagues - ie. connect a frontend to the same Oracle Backend.
However, even though I have copied my TNSNAMES.ORA files to their PCs and set it up the same as I have set it up on mine (I think I have) - it still won't connect.
Please can someone refer me to some step by step instructions as I have been stuck at this spot for over a week.
