Connect information box appreas intermittently for ODBC

Hi,
My application team uses its lotus notes applications to connect to oracle database (9.2) using oracle 8i client. Then i installed a new database 11.2.0.1 on IBM AIX 64 bit machine and my team now has to work with this database. For this, i installed oracle 11g client on the lotus notes server and created ODBC data source (using oracle 11g driver) so that lotus notes team can use this to connect to 11 g database. Now i am facing following problem

On the lotus notes server (where application eexecutes), i intermittently see a ODBC connect information box which shows TNS entry (TNS i selected during data source creation), username, and password (all antries are already persent in the text boxes on this prompted box) i need to click ok so that application continue working.

We have another ODBC datasource created which connects with 9i database but we don't see this problem while connecting to that database.

Any idea from any one about the reason of this problem?
