confusion regarding upgrade from 10gR1 to 10gR2

Hello

I am having little confusion about upgrading from 10gR1 to 10gR2. I have got 10gR1 installed on Linux. I want to upgrade the same to 10gR2. Will there be any patch available for the same on metalink or I need the full 10gR2 software CD ?

Actually I downloaded one file 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.3) Patch Set 2 for Linux x86 (around 1 GB) but after reading the README.html, I came to know that its patchset for all the R2 releases.

Now I am confused. Do I need the full software CD to upgrade to 10gR2 (And it will be as good as new installation...right ?) ?
