Confused for Deploying Web Based BI Application

Hello I am new to Oracle

I have a Database in Oracle 9R2 9.2.0.1 Version Which I cannot Change or Upgrade

I neet to Design and Deploy an Web Based BI Dashboards and OLAP Modules for the Sales Data available in Above database.
Knidly Guide me for Various Tools/Products to be used to design and deploy this type of application

I tried to download BI Standard Editon One from all type of downlaod sources available but it ends up with corrupt Zip Files
