conflict resolution in Streams

Hi,
I have set up bi-directional replication between two sites but I'm having trouble finding the set up for conflict resolution in the replication admin or concept manual. What package/procedures are used to setup conflict resolutions? I would like to set up something like a time-based or site-based resolution.
