Hello,

We have customers who want to implement our SMART on FHIR Apps. We believe there may be some incorrect information listed about our apps in code console, so wanted to validate what you all can see in the backend and potentially update some names on our apps to make this less confusing We have two apps available to customers — one provider app and one system app

In Prod:

  • Provider App
    • Application ID: c7a8caa8-07d8-43b7-a933-15bf26e3fd9b
    • Client ID: 3a2f8bdc-f3fb-4159-b2ed-ba8cc6ad9a62
  • System Application
    • Application ID: 53a6aa1e-c1fc-4bf8-b36f-35e3836f5c6d
    • Client ID: 986300c5-b197-4572-b0d4-be23d0ae3f56

In Non-Prod / Staging:

  • Provider App - same as above
  • System Application
    • Application ID: 7161c1b0-a7e3-41bc-8659-65c18ebd1560
    • Client ID: 7161c1b0-a7e3-41bc-8659-65c18ebd1560

Can you do the following for us:

  1. Can you confirm it is appropriate that our provider app is reused in prod / non-prod whereas our system app has separate apps?
  2. Can you confirm that the system apps are the same on your side?
    1. In the Code Console UI the Prod System app has Communication.Write, but this is missing in Non-Prod. Perhaps this is provisioned differently on your side.
  3. If you confirm the above two items, can you rename our apps to make this less confusing:
    1. Application ID: c7a8caa8-07d8-43b7-a933-15bf26e3fd9b —> Rename to Parachute Health - Provider (Prod / Non-Prod)
    2. Application ID: 53a6aa1e-c1fc-4bf8-b36f-35e3836f5c6d —> Rename to Parachute Health - System (Prod)
    3. Application ID: 7161c1b0-a7e3-41bc-8659-65c18ebd1560 —> Rename to Parachute Health - System (Sandbox)
