Configuring Scan or Listener for access to single instance

Hello,

I would like not know the correct configuration for access to a single instance in a rac database.
I have 11.2g ASM (grid infrastructure for RAC) installed.

I have the scan listener (3 listeners with 3 ip address) and 2 listener on vips address.

I need to be able to connect on demand to the instance1 or instance2, so I think that I souldn't use
scan listener because I don't need and i don't want failover, loadbalance etc etc..

Should I use the 2 listeners on vips addresses or should I create 2 new listeners?
There is something from the "best practice" from Oracle?
