Configuring Remote Manager in OIM 11gR2 throwing connectivity excecption

Hi all

I am using remote manger to execute scrips in Active directory
I followed the documentation and installed Remote Manager .After Installation ,I configured ITResource For Remote Manager with appropriate service name and Server URL

Service Name is RManager
URL:rmi://*********:12345

But it is throwing exception like Can not connect to host:OIMSERVER_IP connection refused

I followed all the steps as per the documentation

I tried to ping the RMachine ip and telnet is also working on 12345 from OIM machine

I am not sure where i missed anything in my configuration

Can any one suggest me on this issue
