Configuring PDF printing of an interactive report in APEX 20.2

Hi,
I am using APEX 20.2. I have an interactive report. I want to be able to download PDF. I have configured printing settings of the report in the App Builder. When I click on download report and select PDF, I get an error message from ORDS 20.2 "503 Service unavailable" and a message like "PDF is no longer supported". What am I missing ?
