Configuring Oracle Enterprise Manager in 11g R1

Hi,

We are running Oracle 11g R1 in Windows 2003 64 bit Box, IIS 6 as webserver, front end is .Net. During installation of 11g, OEM was not configured properly. Now when i try to start the service am getting an error.

OC4J Configuration issue. D:\app\Administrator\product\11.1.0\db_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_ctd_efs not found.

Now how to configure OEM .
