Configuring Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.5 throws error

Hi,

I am testing out the installation of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.5.

The installtions are being performed on Oracle Linux 8.

An issue that I am coming up against is when performing the configuration the component EM Repository Creation Configuration fails:

having looked thtough the logs the only errors I am seeing being reported are java.sql.SQLDataException: ORA-01850: hour must be between 0 and 23
em_repos_config.log (4.45 MB)
I am following the steps given here: https://oracle-base.com/articles/13c/cloud-control-13cr5-silent-installation-on-oracle-linux-8

Are there additional steps that missing or is this an expected error which can be ignored?
