Configuring New ODEE server throwing error "oracle.adf.share.ADFShareException: ADFSHARE-00120: Error encountered"

We are trying to create new server and after configuration, the below error thrown when trying to access ODEE dashboard and ODEE administrator.

oracle.adf.share.ADFShareException: ADFSHARE-00120: Error encountered while creating the MDS Session. Application state will be reset. Please logout and log back in if problem persists.

Caused by: oracle.adf.share.security.ADFSecurityIdentityProviderException:
Malformed IPv6 address at index 8: ldap://[HOSTNAME]:10001

We have reference server dev to compare settings and details but still not able to identify the exact issue.
