Configuring MQ for XA

What is the necessary configuration of Websphere MQ 5.3 (formerly MQ Series) to use it as an XA compliant resource, but not as a transaction coordinator?
I am using Weblogic 6.1, Oracle 8.1 and Websphere MQ 5.3. I intend to use Weblogic's JTS support for transaction management and Oracle and MQ as XA compliant resources. The Weblogic documentation is pretty clear on setting up Oracle, but I haven't found anything about setting up 3rd party JMS resources. The MQ documenation seems to be concerned with setting up an MQ queue manager as a transaction coordinator.
Anyone set this up before?
