configuring fdomain in 11.1.1.5 on 64-bit Win 7

Hi,

I am trying to run config domain in SOA 11.1.1.5 Windows 7 install, I select 'Oracle SOA Suite for developers' check box and I have a popup message

CFGFWK-64972: One of the following needs to be selected:
Oracle SOA Management extension - 11.1.1.0 [jdeveloper]
Oracle SOA Management extension - 11.1.1.0 [oracle_common]

problem for me is that I don't see either option in the products list. How can I get where from or may be I am missing something, please advise.

I installed wls 1035 64-bit from wls1035_generic.jar and soa from ofm_soa_generic_11.1.1.5.0_disk1_1of2.zip, ofm_soa_generic_11.1.1.5.0_disk1_2of2.zip
