Configuring BI Apps 11g

Hi Gurus,

We are trying to configure bi apps 11g for Prcurement & Spend Module. In the Configure Offering tab of Functional Setup Manager, there is a falg by name Provisioned which shows a value N against each module.

I need to know what this flag indicates and is it necessary to change it's value to configure a module.
