configure toad in win 7

my computer upgrade to win7
i used toad 9.0.1.8 and my client is oracle client 10.2.0
after updated i can't connect database .
May i know is it client issue ? Because i try my .ora file on my colleague computer is fine.
does anyone have idea ?
