configure mod_plsql?

Hello,

I've download and install Oracle Application Server 10g basic option ( http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ias/index.html); i want to know how to enable the mod_plsql because when I type http://my_host:7777, Firefox tell me [Unable to connec] I try 7778 but with the same result. What is happned? I need to configure plsql.conf, dads.conf, cache.conf? I read on the OTN that it is a browser url on my_host to create DAD...but in my case..what happend?

I'm new in this tools and I beggin to think that I've download the wrong archive...
i cand load url http://my_host/em with oc4jadmin user .... but is nothing there about DAD's.
I've found something about mod_plsq in http://www.stanford.edu/dept/itss/docs/oracle/10g/server.101/b12303/app_a.htm#640488
but it is for oracle 10g release1...I'm confused
What I want, is to be able to run web plsql application, create pl/sql.

I have an Oracle 10g database installed and running OK.
