Configure Golden Gate for Partitioned Tables

Hi,

We have Oracle 12c Database and Oracle Golden Gate 12.3.0.1.

We have a table which is partitioned on Source and Target, It is partitioned by year range, the partition names are different on source and target.

We have not configured DDL for GG and now we need to drop some old partitioned data.

Questions -

1) How do i configure GG to make sure the correct partitioned is droped and the data is in sync with source ?

2) Is there any other way in GG to use the DDL for a single table only ?

3) Can this be achived without DDL configuration ?
