configure APB benchmark on oracle

Hello
I have two questions please :
1: how to rearrange tuples in a relation to minimize the # of access (I/Os ) , and whatthe relationship between tuples order and the numbers of block ?

2 : I want to test a algorithm for data warehouse so to do that i need to confgure APB-1 benchmark ?
