Configure 2 listeners - one for encrypted connection from end users and second for non-encrypted con

Hi,

I would like to create 2 listeners in my 11gR2 Enterprise Edition database - one for encrypted connection second one for non-encrypted connections from application server. ]

Is there any chance to configure DB as I have describe it above?
