config plan issue

Hi ,
I am facing a major issue with my SOA Composite.I have developed and created configplan.xml for my sca composites.
All the jndi, queue names and other values are correctly configured in it,
While deploying i select the option of deploying the service archive with config plan.
After showing deployment as success ,when i check the values of adapter on the dashboards, the queue names and values of jndi are all in different location .
Has anyone seen such kind of anamolly.
