Hi All.
I have performed a new installation of Forms 12c (12.2.1.4) on Windows. When running installer, Microsoft Visual C++ were missing so I downloaded and installed missing libraries, then retried the validation prerequisites and succeded, so the installation completed successfully BUT it failed when trying to create Forms Instance.
I got a warning that machine needed to be rebooted after installing the Microsoft Visual C++ libs, but since retry the installer did not failed I ignored it.
Now I have an issue where trying to run config_Builder.cmd from CMD. It just crashes and closes CMD without any error.
How can I proceed here? It is not giving me any clue. My JAVA_HOME is set to properly.
Can anyone please give me a clue?
