Conecting to Oracle from Windows XP

Hello,

We have a number of PCs with Win XP SP3 that need to contact Oracle via PL/SQL.
The PL/SQL version that we use is 6.0.5.926.
This does not appear to work with XP.

Are there any other drivers that will work? An Oracle driver set called TSS Oracle 11.5 has been mentioned but I cannot find that on the website.

Any help would be welcome.
