Conditional Link with case statement

Will it be possible to display a specific report column either as a Link or as a plain text using case statement. I was able to display null as well as link based on Status (Generated) means show Link else do not show link an keep null

I am having this below . I now want to have id to display actual ids without link for all Rejected records
