Conditional highlight sysdate IG ( Interactive Grid)

Hello,

I am trying to highlight in red or yellow an entire row/cell within an IG depending on a date in DD-MON-YYYY Format.

What i need is if the date within the IG column 'deadline' is with 3 days before the deadline to be highlighted with red and if with 5 days before the deadline with yellow.
