Conditional 'Help Text' for a page item

Hi,

Is it possible to conditionally display the help text associated with a page item in oracle apex 5.1.

I need to display the 'help text' for a particular page item(eg:p1)@ only when another page item is having a specific value(eg: p2 = 'ParticularName').

I am using Oracle APEX 5.1.1.

Please help!!
