We currently have our domain size set to medium (50-500 users). However, we still have users that, when they go to run a report (ie. print po) they get "queued" for what seems to be an extended period of time (30 seconds - 2 minutes). We are trying to improve user experience and would like to address this. We are sitting on very capable hardware and monitoring shows that we are hardly using its capacity.
The domain size referenced above seems proper based on our size as we typically do not have more than 20-40 users logged in at once.
Would changing size to large help here? Where else can we adjust settings to improve this performance issue?
