Composite forms through SmartView

We have some composite forms in our Planning applications, and we have recently moved from Excel add-in to Smart View.

I see that when we try to open a composite form by going to the main form and hitting the MENU to go to the composite form, we get an error

If i double click the composite form, most of them open fine, however, if i open the basic form and then right-click to open by clicking the MENU, it throws the error. Is it a known issue in SmartView?
