Component Level deployment Issue

I have a APEX application in version Application Express 20.1.0.00.13, while I try to import the component which is export from the same application from same workspace im getting the below error. do someone else have same issue

Execution of the statement was unsuccessful. ORA-20001: Error creating list of values id="882939771270307147" ORA-02292: integrity constraint (APEX_200100.REGION_COL_LOV_FK) violated - child record found
