I was hoping someone may have some more up to date troubleshooting for this issue. I downloaded the VM from
https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/databaseappdev-vm.html
Wanted to start learning PLSQL, but whenever I tried to connect PLSQLdeveloper I get TNS:listener errors
tried searching for that file as well, but no luck even finding it
I may of messed up my network settings for my VM. That is possible for sure
I also get this message
Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated!
