Compiling Thesaurus memory problem

I am trying to load a thesarus from the file dr0catus.txt:


C:\Prog\thes>ctxload -user library/john -thes -name THES -file dr0catus.txt -the
scase y

The thesaurus is loaded succefully but not found!

C:\Prog\thes>ctxkbtc -user library/john -name THES

ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

DRG-52109: error in reading thesaurus

And in the command bellow i get a memory error although i have 200MB ram free .

Is the thesaurus succesfully compiled or not?
