Compiling OCI Programs using Turbo C++ 3.0 for Windows

236540Mar 14 2002
Hi everybody here,
I have Turbo C++ 3.0 installed on my Windows 2000 machine.

However the batch files containing commands for compiling the sample OCI source code files which come alongwith the Oracle 8.1.6 (installed on the same Windows 2000 machine) have been designed to work with the Borland C++ bcc32 compiler.

Unfortunately the bcc32 compiler is giving me installation problems because of a virus and it may take a while before I successfully install it on Win2k.

How can I compile the sample OCI programs using the currently installed, fully functional Turbo C++ 3.0 compiler.

Sorry for the long-winded question here? Reply awaited
