Execute immediate 'ALTER  PACKAGE OU_TERRITORY_LOOKUP  Compile PACKAGE ' ;

end;

-24344 ORA-24344: success with compilation error
-24344 ORA-24344: success with compilation error

wht is ti mean ? how it can be success if it's errors ???
