I need to know how to compile DIANA.

The post installation step for patch 13550617 states:
Note that even after this patch is applied, stored Diana for interop to lower-versioned servers may still be bad, and need to be deleted or replaced.

To replace the stored, lower-version, Diana, just recompile the library unit. This will cause the stored, lower-version, Diana to be dropped: it will be
recreated on next reference.

Can someone enlighten me on how I do this??
