Compile ASP.NET application in Win7 32bit under x64 "Target Platform" mode

I need to deploy ASP.NET application with ODP.NET to Win7 x64 IIS. But I only have Visual Studio installed on Win7 32bit machine.
Can I Compile it in Win7 32bit with Target Platform set to x64 then deploy it to Win7 x64 IIS?
