Compilation unit analysis terminated

Hi Guys,

I am new in Apex and try to create a procedure with two parameters. One of them has IN mod and other one has OUT mode. I am getting the following error message
"Error at line 0: PL/SQL: Compilation unit analysis terminated"

Do anybody has any idea about it?
