compilation failed error

Hi
I am compiling a BPEL Process while compilation it is giving the following error,
BPEL_XYZ.bpel", XML parsing failed because "".
[Potential fix]: n/a.

Can any body explain why these particular error occurs and solution for this
Asap. Thanks in adavance.
