compatible device to connect serial 530-3100-01 to usb port on laptop

Most laptops do not come with serial ports anymore. I understand there are devices with USB to serial port devices that I can connect to the 530-3100-01 adapter that comes with Sun servers for ALOM/ILOM management.

Any suggestions would help.
