Compatibility of EPM 11.1.2.4 from Oracle DB 11g to 12C with Windows 2008 to 2012 Server

Hello,

I am interested in knowing the compatibility of EPM 11.1.2.4 which is currently on Windows Server 2008 using the Oracle DB 11g which I am planning to migrate to Windows 2012 and Oracle DB 12c. Does anyone has any quick links supporting this compatibility matrix?
