compatibility matrix

Hi,
I have to upgrade my linux kernel from "Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 4)" (kernel 2.6.9-42.0.3) to "Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 8)" (kernel 2.6.9-89.0.26).

The installation guide says only that I can install on "Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4"

where can I find a compatibility matrix to verify if my running 11g RAC is certified?
